First and foremost, we do not sell "junk". Ace Industrial Supply sells name brands such as Milwaukee, Bosch, Ridgerock, Air cat, Mercer, Etc. I would be interested to know what "items" you received that came from a "swap meet".
I had attempted to talk to you in more detail with regards to your complaint, but you refused to discuss anything with me or even let me know the name of your business and allow me to investigate your claim.
With complaints such as this, we always work to get to the root of any problem and want to work out any issues that seem to be out there.
Blaming "all" of your telemarketing calls on Ace Industrial Supply is inaccurate. As stated in my direct email to you, I would be happy to pull our phone record to discover "who" had contacted you, resolve the calls and add you to the do not call list, but I cannot do that without knowing "who" you are...
Our company much like other companies, we would ask customers to contact us direct to be removed from any call list. Contact me and I will be happy to assist.
Ace industrial Supply always follows strict Consumer Protection guidelines. We would never "harass", "laugh" or use "inappropriate language" when dealing with customers.
I encourage Tracy T to, again, contact me. I would like to discuss this issue and truly discover if this complaint holds merit.
