I am a single parent on limited income and was very excited to hear about low cost and home buying assistance that this company promised.
Buyer beware since this is a total waste of your money and time. They will promise to assist you in your mortgage loans, qualify your for low-income loans and assistance programs but instead deliver very short of any of those promises.
This has been my experience with this company. I have been talking to them since 2006 and was promised assistance with CalHFA and downpayment assistance loans. After 2 payments/fees were paid and months of wasting time with them, all I got is a CalHFA loan which I could have gotten anywhere, months of putting up with their incompetent staff and I was then told I did not qualify for a downpayment assistance program. Well, they already got my money and could have been honest with me from the very start but instead you'll get empty promises.
