8 ½ years ago when I was searching for my original loan, the home builder was unable to help me obtain a loan. I found AimLoan.com online and gave you guys a try, I was very happy with the Loan Rate/Terms and the overall process.
We recently decided to refinance to take advantage of the current low rates, besides checking again with AimLoan.com I checked about ½ dozen other lenders. No other lender could provide me with the Rate & Terms that I was looking for accept AirLoam.com. I locked in my Rate with David Bloom and then worked with Irma Iconom with providing her all of the documentation needed. Irma was/is “Fantastic” she worked with me around the holidays and then we had a trip planned the 19th of January for 2 weeks. Irma worked with the underwriter, Doc Drawing Department, and the Title Company and we were able to Sign/Close just in time before our trip. Irma is a GREAT employee and I am a very loyal/lifelong customer.
