Double talk, two face, liars...that is the best I can say for this company. I began talking with the company about a lost account prior to the holidays and was assured by the first representative that I would receive the account back, and before the holidays. Nearly a month after the holidays another person contacts me from blizzard saying the account will not be returned but they will create a basic account and allow me to have one of the original characters transfered over but with no gear or gold. They also explained that I would have to repurchase the expansions in order to play, and further any vanity pets and mounts I had purchased through Blizzard would have to be purchased again, as they would no transfer them to this newly created account. They then gave me a deadline in which to respond, less than 5 days, not even allowing for time for BBB to ivestigate. So either I could make the deal and have nothing and spend hundreds of dollars to remake the account, or I could reject blizzard, not get the account and be at the mercy of BBB...and since Blizzard has too big of an ego, will not listen to BBB even if found doing something wrong.

If you want my opinion, find a new game out there to play. Don't add to the pockets of Blizzard.
