This defaulted to 4 stars. Go figure. If there were MINUS 100 stars, that is what they would get.
These people are the LEAST concerned with any problem or question you may have.
My experience with them today is: MIND BLOWN.
I want to speak with someone in the Escrow Dept, a rep perhaps?
I figured I could start there and go up the chain. The chain is broken.
According to 2 Customer Service Reps, Edward and Vanessa, both charming.(and I use that term lightly) there is not 1
human I can speak with regarding my PMI.
The request for it to be removed must be done in writing, mailed or faxed. The result
is mailed back to you because they apparently do not have the guts to tell you that you have been
turned down again.
The escrow dept. has no access to phones!!!! REALLY? OMG, I may not be a Mensa member, but I am pretty sure that is not true.
I plan to make their lives miserable. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEM!!!!!
