Pleasant and no waiting

I filled out the counseling paperwork online overnight and missed the call in the morning. When I called back, my information was taken by the first person I spoke to. Angela was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say without interrupting me. Her questions were all to the point and easily understood. The whole process was completed in a timely manner.
