I have had the best move ever with Guardian Moving Systems have a read please.
Searching for a mover on the internet all these negative reviews about movers scared the Dickens out of me.
I was stressed as it was after searching for work for almost two years.
The upside I landed a job the downside for now I had to move over 2,000 miles to a new city and state.
I put requests on mover internet sites then my phone blew up and my email got log-jammed.
Daniel from Guardian called me first out of many movers that followed.
We spoke briefly and I asked him about the Better Business Bureau.
Daniel in formed me that as far as how the BBB rates movers is somewhat questionable.
I was informed that a mover in Florida has 650 complaints yet the BBB rates them an A.
Then I was told about a California mover in California with 11 complaints and the BBB rates them a D.
I checked it out and this is true.
So the selecting of the mover would not be solely based on the BBB.
My move would need to be on short notice and out of pocket from Torrance,California to Norcross,Georga...Atlanta.
After providing the list of what needed to be moved here is what came about.
Guardian customer service called me the day before the pickup and confirmed the start time and reviewed my information.
I had lots of questions to ask but after a minute I kept my mouth shut and as all the move plans were reviewed by the Hercules person, all questions were answered before asking.
These customer service on staff at Guardian are sharper than a two-edged sword.
The day of the move the mover crew arrived before the confirmed time.
This quashed alot of anxiety and this is where I realize that you do not have a second chance to make a first impression.
I was impressed with the movers Matt,Scott and Jay.
They all three came into my house asked if I had any questions as they walked through and checked the list of items I provided Daniel.
Once they had confirmed they attacked what needed to be done.
As Matt reviewed the paperwork with me Scott and Jay were busy wrapping the furniture with big blankets.
Table legs were removed beds taken apart,when Matt and I were done he then started wrapping.
I walked around and kept an eye on how things were going, I was amazed that they just got down to work from the get go.
Matt told me they all three were prepping everything wrapping take apart etc. then they would move my things onto the truck.
They started loading and at no time did they stand around.
These movers never left my house without something in their hands going to the truck.
Scott and Jay were moving things together carrying the dressers sofas armoire together.
The communication I can't explain they did not talk much but they worked together as one.
Matt did not come into the house much after they got started so I went out to the truck to find him stacking our things floor to ceiling.
I had never before seen or even think all this furniture and boxes could be moved into the truck and loaded this tight.
These movers were done in no time at all and the doors closed and down the road they went for another load moving that day.
In Georgia I was called two days before the arrival and the movers arrived smack dab in the middle of the time window.
I got a shock when I saw only Matt and Scott they told me relax we are unloading and this was different from the pickup.
I did not see how that when it took 3 men to move my stuff in California how it could be 2 in Georgia.
Well get the heck out of the way, the boxes came in first Matt and Scott used 2 wheel hand truck dollies with 4 5 6 boxes at a time each.
The packers had marked all the boxes for what rooms they were to go into.
Matt asked me to pick a wall in each room that the furniture would not be against so they could keep the boxes out of the way for when the furniture was brought in.
When it came time to bring in the furniture Matt and Scott worked with the same oneness as Scott and Jay did in California.
In my business I am all about efficiencies and I tell you what my office staff needs to see how these mover men work.
It's all about communication and these guys got it pegged.
Guardian is outside above and beyond whatever rating the BBB use. Guardian is AAA+++xxx in my book!!!
