If I could give them NO stars, I would. There have been many similar complaints, but here goes...I got a reasonable estimate over the phone. The movers showed up, and once my stuff was loaded on the truck (move from IL to CA), I was told the cost would be more than DOUBLE the estimate. Not much I could do about it then! Customer Service was hopeless. No response to voicemails. Once our stuff showed up, we found a valuable item--a guitar--had been stolen. We saw the moving guy in IL walk out of our house with this guitar, but it never made it to CA. He well knew the value of it. I am getting no where on a claim and sadly never expect any satisfaction.
