Hyundai Finance doesnt care about their customers
I had a 2016 hyundai accent that I paid for 3 yrs never late. I traded it in for a 2020 hyundai tucson a week before the government put a stay at home order and the president declared this a state of emergency. I am currently working maybe 4 hours a week compared to 96 hours a week. I dont qualify for unemployment as I'm self employed. I'm lucky if I bring in 160 a week which I use for food. I called to see about getting a deferred payment like I seen them offer on tv if you been affected by covid 19. I was told that because I am still working even tho I'm only bringing home 40 dollars a week that they can not help me. I will never get another Hyundai again nor will I refer my friends and family to them. The way a company treats their customers during this pandemic speaks volumes. They truly dont care about their customers. Shame on you Hyundai Finance. Without customers like me you wouldnt have a company.
