Played game for over ____four years____, despite all the bug abusers, scammers, hackers and other people that abuse the game. Many people use spam bots in the Lobby to advertise hack sites (many of which contain malware etc) and the Game Masters don't do anything about them.The game is really fun despite the bad graphics, TERRIBLE frame rate (in most BG maps it never goes above 20 FPS, bad community, hackers etc. I enjoy the game and have spent in excess of ____£2000____ over my War Rock 'career'.Despite this, all my accounts have been blocked (a few days after making a big purchase of around £100) and I never got to fully use ~£500 worth of goodsGamers First will not tell me why I was banned, the only thing I do know is that one of the Admins took a dislike to me early on, and I can only assume that he has banned me because of a long term grudge.The Support is almost non existent, taking over a whole week in some cases just to get a Pre Fabricated Message saying that I was banned because I violated the Tos/EULA.Their Forum are no use either; as soon as you complain they will delete the thread and ban you from making new accounts.In some cases, Game Admins will ban accounts with £1000+ of items on only to un-ban said accounts later, only for the player to find (s)he will not be reimbursed for the loss of items.My advice to you is to ____never____ play any of their games and to ____never____ purchase any of their items!Heed my warning: avoid this company or they will, quite literally, rob you.
