Great Customer Service
|
I placed an order online for 3 replacement keys for my Acer Nitro 5. They were reasonably priced. That same day I received a email letting me know that, unfortunately, the keys I needed were out of stock. I was given alternatives, but none of them worked for me so I was provided a full refund right away.
This all happened the same day I ordered.
The quick responses and resolution is 5 stars to me. Although I wasn't provided a product the customer service I received warranted this stellar review.
