The service was great, a little scary at times because i was in foreclosure and the bank kept calling me but i just did what the girls said and sent them the stuff they needed and sure enough we were approved on both loans and we were behind on both of them too. I got 2 mods-- My primary mortgage was dropped $1790 to $1250 at 4.25% and my second mortgage was dropped to $260 so i ended up saving $800 a month. Thanks again!
