Horrible and unprofessional movers

I really had a very very bad experience with Rhino Relocation. I never recommend this movers.They are really scammer who threatens the customer to pay more yb quoting less amount and increase the amount during pickup and adding another rate for shuttle even the truck is accessible.
Salesperson doesn’t know anything about how much size will 1 bed room apartment will occupy. After listing out all the things with detailed information for 1 bed ,1 living room and 1 kitchen room he just gave an estimate of $1900 where he forced me to book it on the same day and was very polite. Since I listed out all the things I thought salesperson had estimated correctly and trusted them by seeing the reviews which is my greatest mistake.
Next week I got a call from the quality department and they again confirmed all the items which I listed previously and they increased the quote to $2698 mentioning the salesperson didn’t add the items correctly and they didnt give proper explanation. So I disconnected their call and tried to contact the salesperson where he was on leave and no one from their office didnt step in to help on this one as it was quoted by that one salesperson. I didn’t had any other options so I had waited for him to return from his leave. After I contacted him he really didn’t know about that reservation which I had in the first place and he told he can’t do anything about that price as they confirmed already. And now he was also not responsive.It’s too late for me to pick another company so I stuck with this and agreed to pay extra amount.
Here comes the pick up day. Some bunch of guys came on pick up day and they visited the apartment and asked me to come to the truck and they said this 300 cubic feet is only allocated for me for that $2698 price. I was really shocked because that won’t even fit my sofa, TV and bed. He gave another Estimate for $4600 from which if I dont agree then they can pick only for that 300 cubic feet(which doesnt work out for me) or else they will cancel the order so I wont even get my advance amount of $443. Since I need to vacate that place next day it was forceful and with no other will I just accepted this and agreed for that.
Agreement part. We have to sign so much of documents regarding the move and he was not allowed me to check on how they are packing the stuffs and he engaged me to sign all the document and meanwhile they started packing and i don't know which items they packed in which box and they also don't care about any items and they just dumped all the items what they pick and put like trash in the boxes. There is no way that is packed correctly. Even glassware and other items are packed in the same box. The foot mat, bathroom items and clothes were packed in the same box which I came to know after I unboxed.
Also in the agreement I came to know that if the 18 wheeler truck doesn’t comes to the house / apartment then we need to pay to their shuttle service and no one mentioned about this in the quote from sales and it's our responsibility to read all the hidden charge which was another scam which this company was doing and gaining the profit.
Delivery. Initially they mentioned it will be delivered within 7 days. And gave an estimate of 7 to 21 days. But they never contacted about the status and the customer service will always go to voicemail. Who has voicemail for the customer service #? When I contacted the salesperson they asked to contact the customer care again. After a few tries they gave the driver # and when I contacted him he told he was driving and he will contact again. So I thought of not disturbing and waited for his call. He didn’t reach me that day. He called the next day and he told me he will come in another 10 mins where he didn't show up that day and I was not informed about anything in the delay.Next day he came with his truck to the next street in my community and he was forced me to pay for the shuttle else he mentioned he will put the items in the storage where i have to pay for that too. If the truck enters the community then I'm not sure why it can't come near my house and this is another scam to charge for the shuttle. I ended up paying $400 for 20 feet of distance. Bottom line they will find all the loopholes to charge you.
They lost my expensive bed and more than 5 boxes are missing and had broken tv stands, vessels and cabinets.They had a different bed delivered where I luckily noticed before they left.Also they won't assemble anything after delivery and it's our responsibility to find all the items where they packed randomly and we were never informed. They just shift the stuff from one truck to another where they can't even track the boxes they packed. After few much tries and help from customer service they found in the bed in some warehouse.Even though they identified the bed they got the bed delivered only three days later which I had to follow up with them for several time.Also they don't even have the track where all other boxes are and they just asked me to file a claim which is a different company where they will take 120 days to confirm the claim.
Finally I ended up paying $5080 in total for just moving from a 1 bed apartment where the initial quote was $1900 which is almost thrice with many missing expensive items.
Never go with these movers by seeing the positive reviews. Never ever book with these movers. They are not professionals and never fall for them as they quote very less than other movers as they will somehow get more money from you where you can't argue and with no option you will pay a very high amount than quoted.
If you want your stuff to get broken and want your boxes to be delivered to someone else's address and pay more than you quoted then you can choose this company easily.
