Travel Smart is a scam. After exhausting research. This is what I found. The real name of the scammer is Allen Pabst (Duane Pabst) He uses other peoples credit cards, identities to steal from them and you. He ripped me off $1500. I finally had his website shut down. Here are some of his aliases: Allen Michael Pabst* Allen Pabst* Michael Rivera Eric Sanderson Dave Scott Sam Cunningham Duane Michael Ray Duane Pabst* Fred Ortiz Milton Blake Rivers. The above named people are REAL people who he stole their identities. These people had no idea he was using their information. The people with ** are his aliases
After working with Bank of America and Wells Fargo and MetaBank. it turns out this guy scammed these people by using their (legit) bank account numbers without them knowing! He is good at what he does and he is NOT even in the US he is in Brazil! I live in Washington and we filed complaints with the Washington State Attorney General's Office info: Main Office: (360) 753-6200 Consumer Protection: call centers are open M-F 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.They may not officially do much but will document your complaint. 1-800-551-4636 (in-state only) 1-206-464-6684 (out-of-state callers) If you've been scammed by him, please call the above number.
