Getting the loan is very easy and hassle free BUT...

Applying for the loan and getting it approved was very easy and the staff was helpful.
Where there are big problems is even though every month I have paid on time I will continue to get phone calls from their collection dept accusing me of non-payment and every month I have to prove them wrong by showing them that they did indeed receive my payment. Have yet to have a month where this did not happen. REALLY gets very old.
