This company is supposed to help u put together a package application to modify your mortgage. This company makes big promises but in my own experience does not deliever anything but an attempt to get your money. Once they have it you are not their priority anymore. My experience was receiving documents that had lies and total misrepresentation of everything I told them. I had never been late on my mortgage but they put in my hardship letter that I was 10 months behind. They listed only half of my husbands income. There were mis-spelled words and the whole thing has been a nightmare. I wish I had never heard of or dealt with this company ever. I am still trying to get my $595.00 refund which was promised to me by the CEO of the company Darren Smith. All the other people who work there that I talked with seemed to think the situation was funny. I had left messages on every single ext. that I could find with the message to have Darren Smith to call me and one guy even called me at almost 10pm that night knowing I am on the east coast and they are on the west. He thought it was funny and I guess they were trying to see what I would say. Brent was very nice, seemed professional , but turned out like the others by not returning my calls. So if u hear of this company...RUN THE OTHER WAY!! ALL DARREN HAD TO DO WAS SEND ME MY REFUND AS PROMISED. I am the type of person that YOUR WORD IS EVERYTHING. I GUESS DARREN SMITH AND US MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS AND IT'S EMPLOYEES DO NOT PRACTICE THIS!!! GOD BLESS EM LORD!!! I am a very nice person, but if you lie to me, I am like a dog with a bone and I WILL NOT STOP TIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND BACK. NEXT STEP THE STATE ATTORNEY'S GENERAL OFFICE...I HOPE THE $595.00 WAS WORTH IT US MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS AND YOU DARREN SMITH.
