I was warned by family members re this company before I called back for the FREE CHECK UP sometime in early 2011. I was told that they used to be a member paying monthly dues. But, the fact, is that every time a Tech comes, they always find something to change or problems. THEIR SELLING APPROACH IS SHOW YOU WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND SCARE YOU, THAT IF IT IS NOT DONE, A NEW UNIT WILL COST YOU FROM $6000 OR UP. What do you do? I am tired of it. I had 3 houses before I settled on this property. all had centralized air/heating. Never, I spent any penney to have it fixed. JUST BEWARE ABOUT THEIR SELLING TACTICS. Sorry, I just have to say how i felt.
DURING MY MEMBERSHIP, OTHER THAN THE MONTHLY PREMIUM OF $19.95, I SPENT ALMOST $2000. What do you say?? I am cancelling my membership.
ANGEL, the Tech is nice - but, he works for SERVICE CHAMPIONS. I just had the maintenance (supposedly) last April 25, 2012
