We can't wait to see what effect the changes we have made will do to our business in the coming months and year. They have provided us much support over the last few weeks working with them. I can already see the impact to the changes we made in our reporting. Over the last few years we focused on growing our business to the detriment of how we were running it. This put significant pressure on our cashflow and made managing the day to day operation a nightmare. We have since taken a step back after implementing the recommended changes and I am confident in the approach and look forward to the results.
