This company was unbelievably rude when they came out to clean my carpet! First, the quote they gave was different, much different than they quoted over the phone. The old "bait and switch" move. The 2 guys had major "attitude" as well. After quoting me almost $200 to clean the carpet of a 600sq ft condo I expressed my disappointment, in general, and without using ANY harsh words.
As I was writing out the check and the guys went out to the truck to begin cleaning, I noticed the A#1 Van LEAVING the premises! UNBELIEVABLY, they didn't even have the professionalism to come back to my door, a FEMALE, and let me know that they decided not to clean my carpet for WHATEVER reason!
I then called the owner! He wanted NOTHING to do with hearing about how rude his employees were; he wasn't willing at ALL to even LISTEN to the customer's point of view! He completely sided with his workers without even listening to my concerns! Again, unbelievably, after we hung up, he began redialing my number over and over and over, attempting to harass me!
I truly do not know how this company stays in business! It is my hunch that unless you have a MAJOR problem such as flooding, FORGET about getting decent service from these guys! CONSUMERS BEWARE... this company is NOT worth the risk!
