AA-Careers helped me to define my skills: technical versus personal. I've learned how to present myself better on interviews, present my skills in a way that the employer would find irresistible and just have to hire me. I feel much better about myself, more self-confident. The tools provided have been helpful and ended with me accepting a job in QA for 80k.
