I hit the Oribitz for moving and received too many calls and emails to respond to from a number of companies. I DID speak directly with AAA Moving Systems. They DID send an email confirmation.
Within the email confirmation was the following: "* Check out our Five Star Customer Review on the Better Business Website:

I just can't stand how companies try to lie and get around the facts. The following is what the BBB has to say about F ratings: "F We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices." Needless to say, I will NOT be using AAA Moving Systems.
