The technician arrived on time. In fact he called me early to tell me his exact ETA. When he arrived he introduced himself and toured the house to locate the main unit the air ducts and the return. As he was setting up I noticed he took great care with all of the equipment so none of it damaged walls, floors, etc. He explained everything in detail so I'd known what he was doing. He also kept me informed during the visit as to what he was finding in the vents, etc. After the ducts etc. were cleaned he asked me about my dryer vent. Thank goodness he did. I asked him to clean it and after 22 years it was packed full. What a fire hazzard. I would reccommend Air Duct Professionals to anyone needing this service.
