Albuquerque Fence Co. gave us an estimate. We decided to not go any further with them after our experience with the estimate guy and reading the BBB rating. What we did not like about the estimate guy is that he got the scheduling mixed up the experience seemed unprofessional. Talking with him on the phone he was quick to point out my accent, I know what I sound like just don't go there. When he actually arrived to do the estimate the experience was made personal rather than professional. I don't need to hear his life story and tell him mine either. He should of focused on the task at hand, period. What he did right was listen to what we wanted, measured, gave the estimate, and showed pictures of their work. It would have been nice to have the estimate in writing. He said he was going to call before arriving here, but didn't and got the days mixed up. If Albuquerque Fence Co. can't handle a simple task like that then they left doubts for me to continue business with them.
