I started using Thoroclean about a year and a half ago. Since they first cleaned my carpets I have only used them for my carpet cleaning. They always can accommodate me in a timely manner, and in cases of emergency clean ups they have squeezed me in. The staff is friendly and courteous. When they leave my carpet is sparkling clean! They have even removed pet stains and odor! I love Thoroclean!
