I have been a customer for 4 years now. The guys that have cleaned my carpets do a fantastic job, are extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and "thorough". I have 2 labs that are constantly getting into things (particularly mud, maple syrup, ink, honey mustard, barbecue...the list goes on). They have been able to get out every stain without any residual markings coming back few days after cleaning. I've has some companies remove a stain only to see it resurface days later. NOT at Thoroclean. Today Scott and partner came out to clean my dogs muddy footprint (across my dining room down a hall and up the stairs). Once again they were great. Thanks Thoroclean. I’ll continue to use your service and recommend you to friends, neighbors, and family!!!!
