Terrible place to get taxes done

Went here because it was relatively cheap to have my taxes done for a simple filing with the promise I could get more back on my return (would have had the same results with turbotax). First it was hard to stay in the building with how strong their air freshener was. Then the people working there just stared at you while you wait for help. The lady that helped us kept asking many personal questions as way of small talk, nothing related to what needed to be done and felt the need to pressure me into several life choices such as marriage, extra schooling, and me needing to learn Spanish simply because I was Hispanic. It took a week for them to file the taxes even though they said they already did (found that out after calling about the status). Then to make it worse they had my return sent to their building where they held onto it for almost another week (found that out from another person working there that made a comment saying "Oh these have been here a while. I didn't know who this was").
