Allstate Imaging started by offering a great price on toner. I accepted the initial shipment and then they said they are sending more, I said I don't need more right now. They said it was how I got the good deal. I said I definitely did not understand that part as I only have one printer that uses the cartridge I would not need cartridges again fro it for a long time. He said I could return them if they got old. I said I will return them right now because I was sure the printer would die before I needed 12 more cartridges. He repeated that my cost per cartridge was based on ordering 24...I again repeated that I would never have agreed to 24 if I had understood that that was the deal. He tells me he is sending 6 at a time. I don't need them and would like to send them back with out payment. Can I do that? Can I rate less than one star? I don't think the price they quoted should be contingent on 24 cartridges because it was not spelled out in the beginning. I see now that others have had similar experiences where "more arrived"...what is my requirement here?
