Horrible experience. Had AHM move furniture from LA to Nashville. Upon delivery over 14 items worth over $ 2000 were permanently damaged. We even have a video of one of their movers literally kicking our boxes off the truck & laughing about it. We filled a claim. THEIR claim agent offered us an insulting $ 150. We then filed a small claims court against them. The judge, even though he acknowledged the legitimacy of the damaged items and that AHM was solely responsible, rendered a judgment against AHM for the
$ 150 due to fine print in the contract stating that insurance coverage was limited to $ .60/pound. AHM told us we could not have full replacement coverage...AFTER they had loaded and started delivery of the property. Would give them a less than 1-star rating if possible.
