I had read previous reviews, and they were mixed, but I decided to try them anyway. The loan agent I got was Julie Halverson, and I couldn't be happier. The loan for my new home closed in only 24 days! I had been pre-qualified with Wells Fargo, but their rates/points/fees were too high. I ended up with the same rate as Wells Fargo, but I saved $7000 in points/fees (the strange thing is that my loan is now being sold to Wells Fargo). I am very pleased that I made the decision to get my loan through American Interbanc.
