I have dealt with the company on more than one occasion and have referred many friends and family members to them. I have established a personal relationship with one of the Managers to whom I refer all of my contacts to. I have read some negative complaints about this company, so I was compelled to write this review after speaking to my person on the inside. Essentially, when there are changed circumstances surrounding a consumers credit profile, after they apply for a loan, Lenders are forced to make adjustments to their initial quote, based on the actual loan scenario they have to work with, not the initial scenario. Factors that can change the initial quote is a lower appraised value, a change in credit score, or some other change to the initial loan application. The moral of the story is for a consumer to submit accurate information upfront when applying for a loan, in order to avoid changes that can affect the interest rate. I just completed my 4th transaction with this company, and not an issue. My loan closed in 22 days, without a hick-up. THANKS AGAIN Americash!!
