I called for my water heater to be inspected,and had an appt.SET between 8 and 9 am. When 9 am approached and a no show I called to get an eta.There was no answer,then at around 9 30 I called back from a private number they answered,I had asked why they never called or showed up for the appt. Their response was "I'm sorry we had a little bit of a tied up schedule with bigger jobs" They made me wait and miss work and didn't give me any consideration.I will certaintly never use this company ever.
