HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..Here's the details..I spoke with Larry Hooper (THE OWNER!)in this "ordeal." I simply called the company asking for Victor G. (an adjuster) that looked at my vehicle 18 months ago. Larry screened my call asking "what do you need?!" (In a sour tone also). I stated my car was hit 18 months ago and my window is having trouble rolling down now. Sarcastically Larry said "Yeah, 18 months and it's from the accident" He said a few other discourteous remarks and said he would not waste his time looking at my car.
VICTOR G. was a kind and courteous employee of his that made me feel welcomed and cared about. Larry's attitude exuded bitterness, bile, and even violence!!
STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!!
THEN MY INSURANCE REP CALLED HIM AND SHE SAID HE WAS RUDE TO HER TOO!!!WOW..."biting the hand that feeds you" not a smart guy!!
