Very Poor Customer Service

They were quick to get the contract. Then trying to get them to go on to the next step was very slow. Phone calls were never returned. The pool was not built to drawings, and they fought us to change it. The wrong filter equipment came in..I wanted DE
and they delivered a cartridge filter, so they tried to convince us to accept the cartridge one. They agreed to do a certain amount of concrete work, then we wanted additional work. They never gave us a written quote, then tried to charge us way too much for
it after it was completed. So we came to an agreement on a price and paid them, then 2 months later they tried to get more money for the concrete work!! Three months after the pool was done, they still had items that needed to be fixed. I had to provide the
with copies of my payment records because they thought I still owed them money. Very poor record keeping and customer service.
