Aria and Associates are definitely a scam. I would only hear from them when they wanted more info and when I would try to call there would be no answer. They have been "working on" my modification for over a year now and I'm fed up and have tried to call and email with either the phone disconnecting or no answer to my emails. Stay away from these people. I only hope that I can get my money back.
