DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Unless you wanted to be frustrated and constantly feel like you are being ripped off. From my experience, I believe their scam is to have their sales person massively underquote you to get your business and then have the foreman come in on the day of the move and adjust the price up based on actual measurement of your items. YOU END UP PAYING DOUBLE WHAT YOU WERE QUOTED (even though I provided measurements during the quoting process), which is more or less in line with the original quotes from their competitors.

Their FOREMAN ALSO TACKED ON ADDITIONAL CHARGES BEHIND MY BACK FOR UNNECESSARY PACKAGING. They also LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS DURING THE MOVE. All of our items arrived except, one box which contained 10 years worth of records and tax returns. They also broke an antique chair and bent the decorative knobs on my dresser.

Finally, they are INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE. I had to chase them down for everything, including the date and time of when our delivery would arrive! Whenever I would call for something that didn't involve new business or paying them, I would get handed off to people who wouldn't answer their phones and wouldn't respond to their messages. After having chased their people for weeks, their response to my complaints was to send a claim settlement for $36 to cover all the loss and damage above. This is in accordance with their $0.60/lb. standard insurance. But in no way does it anywhere near compensate me for my losses and time.

If you do decide to deal with them, you need to be wary of the following cast of characters:

Terra: The sales person who massively underquoted us, even with measurements
Steve: The foreman who padded the bill for unnecessary packaging, right when I turned my back
Ben: The dispatcher who all problems seem to flow through and who seems to feel he has no responsibility to get people answers. When I was directed to him regarding the extra packaging charges, he told me to call him back on Monday because he was "very busy", instead of addressing the issue.
Sam: The only person who was mildly helpful. Another sales guy, he seemed to always be the one stuck with picking up the phone. He would try to address my requests. Unfortunately, the organization is so rife with problems, he is powerless to deal with issues when they hit him.
