I believe that is company is fraudulent. My family member has been with them for one year, and they have not resolved the matter. It's highly unusual that a company be conducting business without working phones, and asking clients to make appointments without having working phones. I have personally been there to find out about my families case, and was lied to. They made an appointment to talk to him over the phone and they never called. I hope that no one does business with this company, especially if it's a matter that need a quick resolution. Buyer beware!!!!
