Business's response - by Chris Mattinglyon 3/31/2011

We made no such promise that this customer claims we made. The customer purchased daily deal vouchers with the intention of using three vouchers to pay for one glass replacement. The customer claimed that we explicitly told him that he could do so. This was against the written terms of the deal in that he could not combine vouchers and could not purchase more than two for himself. Moreover, after having listened to the recorded calls, it was deemed that we never made any such promise. A full refund of the purchase price of the vouchers was offered, to which the customer declined. We offered to make this customer whole, and the customer unreasonably threatened our organization and that of the daily deal service. While we at one point wanted to help this customer with the assistance of the daily deal program, we decided that we did not want to put our technician in a potentially hostile situation. We stand by our service and stand by our offerings. We welcome reviews of our company from other customers who can attest to our service.
