On 2-1-10 my Travis Credit Union debit card was charged $149.95 by TEETHCELEBHELP.COM8665810066(Celebrity White Teeth)without my permission. I only ordered a sample, but was charged an annual fee. I have contacted customer service for this company several times, but they will not provide a refund. They state that it reads on their order website that I must cancel within 14 days from order date or be charged this annual fee. However, I did not receive the sample until at least two weeks after order date. How can one sample a product and make a decision within two weeks if the sample is not received within two weeks? Also, these terms and conditions are not visible on the website unless you click on their terms and conditions link in very small print at the bottom of the page. This link is in a string of other links. When you order the sample, you have no idea that you must cancel within 14 days or your credit/debit card will immediatley be charged the $149.95 annual fee. Of course I would have cancelled within 14 days had this information not been hidden in a link very hard to find on their website. Then again, had I received the sample within a few days, tried it, liked it, I just MAY have decided to order more and agree to the annual fee. But this is how they make their money. They cheat unsuspecting people out of $149.95 or more (it is an annual fee unless you call and cancel your subscription--which I did)every day. This is a very dishonest company that is running an internet scam and must be stopped. There are many others just like it. There are many complaints on complaintsboard.com
