They are extremely unprofessional starting with the receptionist and following through to anyone else you deal with. From sending people to the incorrect locations for the drug test, loosing voided checks for direct deposit, supplying incorrect payday information and to NOT PAYING AN EMPLOYEE. After speaking with 3 different people, no one has taken the responsibility to find where my check is, why I haven’t received it or offer any resolution. As of today, the check is 4 days late. The solution by Benchmark was to wait for today’s mail and see what happens! Not only is this a Labor Law violation, they are showing no concern. Please…. for your own protection as an employer, don’t use this company!
