This company made me believe that they were going to help me save my home, through the home modification program. They asked me for Money upfront and had me believing that everything was in good care. I would submit updated documents so that the process would go smooth. after 6 months of dealing with them. I would call the Agent (carmen and she would never respond. I began dealing with the loan processor (Paz) Although she was very helpful she told me that she was on Maternity leave and would not be returning. This company just packed up and moved with out any notice to the customer. and after several calls no one called me nor returned my money to me. I am a single mother who has worked hard to have a home and I depended on these people to perform a service that they had already charged me for. I would like for this company to return my money. That would be the ideal thing to do......
