I learned they had fired (without cause) the only person who I entrusted with my face (also who was the only person of color working at the Beverly HIlls location) - I requested a full refund of the balance of my account as I will no longer do business with BriteSmile and am following said former employee to her new location. I was told I needed to contact the corporate offices in Boca Raton, Florida to receive my refund. I was given the run-around for over a week when I finally requested to speak to the regional manager, who assured me that she would take care of my refund and that I shall receive it in the next 5 days. That was six weeks ago and I haven't been able to get in contact with their corporate office, their regional manager refuses to take my calls or answer any of texts requesting a time-line and status of my $400 refund. I have texted her and finally reached her only to have her threaten to come to my house and "beat my azz" and that "I was not getting my refund and f-you!". All I want is my money returned to me. I sent emails to the CEO, Jeffrey Nourse, who has not answered any of them nor has he called or had someone from his office contact me as to the status of my refund (according to their own website, refunds shall be issued as long as services have not been rendered - and they were not rendered) or the threats I received from their Irvine regional manager. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!! SAVE A HEADACHE!!!
