Disappeared with our $6,000

We were interviewed by the Brookstone personnel and told that we had a good case against IndyMac bank re our mortgage. All we needed to do was to provide certain docs and $6,000, which we did and they thought we had a good case. No word, since 2011. When
I call ....they say it is in the works...but who knows when....almost 4 years and no word from them, nothing happening ....this can't be right......not only terrible service...and NO performance.......but taking the money too........bad job Brookstone....
