My tenants had their two little chihuahuas gated to where they were trapped over the carpeted upstairs of my rental property and they relieved themselves and marked their territory all over my carpet on the stairs, master bedroom, hallway and upstairs bedroom.
I called CFI design, had them bid it out, and was very pleased with the service they provided. the price they offered it for, and especially how they were out for my best interests rather than theirs. I wanted to pick a certain carpet, but they pointed out the benefits and problems with each choice so I could make the best decision for my pocketbook.
They actually showed up early, and did a fantastic job. They removed the old carpet and padding, treated the plywood with enzyme treatment and other secret applications, and replaced the carpet with a more manageable carpet that matched my home perfectly. The installers were really nice too- they were not illegal and just did a pro job and left.
All I had to do was write the check and my worries turned into smiles. I really recommend them to anyone, and Michael's eye for style and detail is unmatched. What a great job, I can go on and on. I am now going to have them install my hard wood floors in my personal residence because of the trust I have in this operation. I wish everyone did business this way!
