stereo city has bad customer service based on false promises and stolen money. San Bernardino, California.
Stereo city has denied me a refund for a service that was never performed. I've been told that the stereo kit items purchased will be in the next following day. These lies have continued for one week. I was told the only way to get back my stolen money was to talk to the store owner. Every attempt has been made to call and physically ask for the store owner. The store workers falsely lie in saying that the store owner cannot be contacted. I have reported this fraud to my bank and a reverse transaction of $260.00 will be credited to my account in about 30 days.
