I have am very upset with Chase. I have been paying my home mortgage both early and in larger amounts than I actually owe. My payments are in bi-weekly form and Chase claims that they are unable to handle payments biweekly....so they misappropriate my money and charge me a penalty for this. This is ridiculous...
I pay early...I pay in larger amounts and they charge me a penalty because they don't know how to handle two payments for one monthly mortgage. The company says - too bad, so sad. I put my complaint on Youtube.
