I have made numerous purchases with ClubIt.com and their employees have always been knowledgeable, polite, and able to take care of my questions regarding the computer parts I was ordering. They were always patient and they never pressured me to purchase additional or more expensive items.
Everything I ordered arrived when promised, in perfect condition, and exactly as advertised. They will call you if there are any problems with your order as soon as it occurs to provide you with alternative solutions. I know this because they had to call me regarding an item that was out of stock.
It has not mattered with what employee I have spoken with, each of them has provided the same excellent level of customer service and they have done so with the same friendly attitude. I can heartily recommend them to everyone.
