I was 12 months behind with my mortgage with Bank of America, the bank would not work with me. I thought I was going to loose my house until one day when I got a call from Brian with Commercial Loan Solutions. He had knowledge that was beyond me in how to renegotiate my note with them , he first analyzed my case then after a couple of hours he said i would be approved for the HAMP program. HE and his team of negotiators and professionals took care of everything form A-Z. now four moths later i just got an offer from the bank my payment was reduced by 1,200 dollars and my interest rate was dropped to a 2.7% fix for the remaining of the loan and my rears were put on the end of the loan. If it was not for them i would of sure lost my home, you can trust them they are real good at what they do.
