I received an Auto Loan from CPS on Feb 09 2011. I normally pay the loan through my "online bill pay" with my bank. CPS does have the option on their website to pay via Western Union for a $12.00 fee, but their site to pay online seems to be ALWAYS down,I have sent them a couple of emails and they responded only one time. I have called several times and was transferred from one person to another person and eventually I was disconnected and that was after I sat on hold for 15 minutes. I would also like to add that I do not understand the way CPS applies my payments because every payment I make the amount to principle and interest changes in a big way. My payment is due on the 11th of each month. I sent them a partial payment on 05-03-11 for $250.00 and they applied that entire payment to "Interest" and "ZERO" to the principle. I paid the balance of $ 177.54 on 05-13-11 and they applied $ 46.69 to interest and $130.85. I emailed and asked them to reverse how they applied my payment and I never received an email reply. I have had plenty of auto loans in the last 25 years and this is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. I would not recommend CPS to anyone!
