I've owned & operated my own business for over two decades. We've spent quite a great deal of money on business consultants, CPAs, Professional Organization, etc. over the years. It wasn’t until we brought in CBS that things finally started to click for us. Steve and CBS in general started working with us late last year. Steve initially interviewed our key staff one on one & as a team to get a deep understanding of our operations, procedures, financials, people skills, staff responsibilities. He handled us all with respect & professionalism. During individual & team meetings CBS showed us new procedures for success & continually built buy-in with our team.
