I have ordered from them once. I ordered a pair of tall Ugg boots, Ugg protectant and 2 replacement insoles. I placed my order right before closing one day. I did not request overnight shipping. The next day when I got home, my entire order was there by the door waiting for me! I was so happy! I was a first time buyer, they had me place my order on their site, then, call back with my order number for a 10% off discount (on the boots only). Very nice. I shopped around online for about 5 hours looking for the best price, they were it. The girl on the phone could even answer my detailed questions about how narrow the boot was, she had actually tried a pair on! I will not waste my time shopping around again, my next pair will be coming from them. Only one improvement - offer a repeat client discount! =)
